Since 1976 VOSH MN
has been bringing better sight to the world.
We are very proud of that long record of helping mankind.
Our teams of optical professionals and lay people have traveled to
almost all the continents of the world to provide free service of
improved vision to the needy. Our main tool in the
examination step has been the table model auto-refractor. This 90 lb.
computerized machine tells us what power the glasses
for a patient needs. It has been a vital, time-saver in our mission
clinics.
Now, all airlines are cracking down on the shipping of this piece of equipment. They will no longer allow it on board. Too Big and Too Heavy.
So, we must replace this auto-refractor with a newer, lighter, hand held model called a Retinomax at a cost of $9,500.
